Q: Can Anyone Make Money Online?

A: Yes, yes, YES! I am not try to blow smoke up your rear, but you have what it takes to succeed online. I know this because I am not some super sophisticated, intellect that was cut out for a career on the Internet. I am hard working and no different than the average Joe (except I am an average Jake)! :) If you are willing to work hard and set a few goals for yourself, you will be surprised as to what you can achieve online.

Q: Is PRODUCT_A a Scam?

A: I get questions about pretty much every product you can image. I get questions about certain GURU's out there as well. Having reviewed 100's of products online, I have come across just about everything you can imagine.

My rule of thumb (and this works 99% of the time) is that if it seems to good to be true, it probably is. You can also take my recommendations on the top products because I am here to help, not harm. Many products are 100% scams and the owners are in it just to take your money.

One product I have never received a complaint about and recommend regularly is Wealthy Affiliate. If you want to play it safe, this is the safest, most friendly "make money" product on the net.

So if it is appears to good to be true and it makes unrealistic claims, stay away. Or you can always drop me an email and I will inspect the product for you.

Q: Can you guarantee that I will be successful? If not, what can I do to improve my chances?

A: No, I cannot guarantee anything. It is like me saying, can I guarantee you will work hard. Unfortunately I can't, but what I can tell you is that if you work at this and treat it like a business, you will surprise yourself.

The Internet has opened doors for everyone. You have the same opportunity as me, and we all have the same opportunity as larger companies out there. That is what I find oh-so-cool. The playing field is flat and average people like you and I can make $10,000's every month without having a product!

Q: How much time do you spend doing this every day?

A: A typical day looks like this for me. I get up at around 8 AM, put on some joggers and a t-shirt, grab myself a cup of Joe, and walk downstairs to my computer room. The first thing I do on the computer is check how much money I made while I was sleeping. Since the Internet never goes to sleep and it is global, I make sales 24 hours per day.

In fact, my very best morning to date was waking up to $700 in commissions already!!! I know it sounds crazy, but this is the nature of the Internet and why I am trying to convince you that it is a good idea for you to get into this.

I then usually plug away on my websites (I have about 5 now), working on new content, new sales angles, and new promotions...in between checking emails that I cater to on my sites. I actually don't have to offer email support (many marketers don't), but I truly enjoy the personal connection with people. That usually takes me until lunch. Then after lunch I will put in another 3-4 hours, until around 4 PM and then pack it in for a few hours.

I try to exercise during the night (unless football is on), and obviously eat dinner with my special girlfriend. Then around 10PM I will usually shuffle back to the computer to check some emails before bed. That is it. That is my typical day on Monday to Friday. Pretty relaxing and I truly do enjoy it.

Q: I don't have anything to sell? Is that OK?

A: No. I personally don't own any products online. As an "affiliate" you promote other people's products and services in exchange for a kick-back in commissions. There are affiliate networks like Clickbank out there that pay 75% on most of the products, so if you sell something that is $40, you get a $30 cut. Pretty cool.

I promote mostly products within the music industry, including training manuals, instruments, tips and technique guides, and online videos...and my sales vary from $10 - $84 per sale. These add up very quickly when you understand that you only need to get 4-5 customers out of a billion people online each day. My average sale as an affiliate is around $35, and most days I make 10-15 sales (and growing)> This means I make $350-525 per day...you do the math! :)

The reason I recommend training services like Wealthy Affiliate is that they give you access to all these affiliate programs and train you exactly how to promote them. The show you how to access well over 50,000 programs online...you can essentially promote anything you want as an affiliate. I promote music because I love music and am really interested in it. You can do the same with whatever you are interested it.

Q: Do you ever miss your day job?

A: NO, NO, and NO! When I think about my old job and my old life my stomach turns!!! I do not miss my old life one bit. I do not miss getting up early only to spend 1 hour in traffic driving to my job. I don't miss answering to a manager...and I don't miss having no creative control in anything I did.

To be honest with you, I am the happiest I have ever been in my life and my friends and family have told me they have noticed a difference since I quit. I travel often, enjoy more free time, take days off when I feel like it, and I truly enjoy working and helping other people out. That is what the Internet offers as a career...you can end the misery of being strapped to a crappy day job as well.

Q: Can you get away with working while you are on vacation?

A: Ha...yeah, sometimes I do work on vacation, but my girlfriend absolutely hates it. Working online doesn't seem like work because for once I enjoy what I do. I take about 8 weeks of vacation a year and I usually just check up on my email while I am away. I could take more vacation and still earn a great living, but I want to continue growing my business.

Q: I live outside of the USA...can I still make money online?

A: This is a common one that I get. It does NOT matter where you are located in the world, there is a huge opportunity. Just looking through the forums at my favorite Internet marketing community, I can see success coming from all corners of the world. Whether you are from Asia, Africa, South or North America, Australia, Europe and even Antarctica...if you have an Internet connect you can make money online.

Q: How do I get paid if I earn money?

A: Most companies pay via check, paypal and offer wire transfer payments. Regardless of the country you reside, you will get paid. There are only certain cases that some affiliate programs do not pay to certain countries within the world. For the most part, you can get paid by check (most of the programs that pay me, pay via check!) :)

Q: What will I be promoting?

A: Anything you like! Really! There are 10,000's (at least) of companies out there that are looking for people like you and I. I promote products within many different industries. I currently dog training products, dieting products, model airplanes, and make money products. There are affiliate programs (the programs companies pay you through) for pretty much anything you can imagine. This is what makes it so much fun!

Q: How long did it take you to make money online?

A: It took me one month to make money online (my first $1), and it took me about one year to be making serious money ($10,000+ per month). This is realistic for anyone if they are willing to work at it. I know people that have been successful much quicker than me and that have reached greater success, and I also know people that haven't achieved quite as much as me. What I can guarantee to you is that if you are willing to work your butt off at this, success will follow!

Q: What is your opinion on online survey programs?

A: Stay away...please. I don't care if you take any of my other recommendations, but please take this one. Online survey programs are a scam. They don't work. I have tried a few of them with no success. Not even $1. The only reason these companies are still around is because they continue to find suckers like you and I to buy into their junk. Don't do it!

Q: What is the quickest way to make money online?

A: There really is no "overnight" way to make money online...but making money online can happen much quicker than making money in any other way. In my personal experience, the best way to make money online is to get quality training (to understand) then to take action on what you learn. Think of school. You want to learn from people that know what they are talking about, and then go onto apply what you learn in the real world. The same goes for making money online...except you can earn a lot more money.

Q: Which product do you think is the best for starting an online business?

A: Wealthy Affiliate, hands down. I have never come across a program that offers as much as Wealthy Affiliate does, and their price is pretty darn low. I have received the most happy customers from people that have joined WA through my recommendation and I can guarantee that you will have the same feeling when you join this great community.
